A while back I stumbled upon a CSS optimiser that compressed your stylesheets but made them essentially unreadable. Now I've found a really good one called CleanCSS that not only gives you loads of compression options but also lets you choose from five levels of readability. It's fab! Basically, it takes your CSS code and makes it cleaner and more concise and that speeds up your load time - what more could you want? 18 August 2006
